Patties

Golden Patty with white cheese and carbonated water

  • 1/2 kg roll pastry
  • 350 g white cheese
  • 100 ml sunflower oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 ml carbonated water Mihalkovo

Place two layers of pastry in a buttered baking pan. Sprinkle with crushed white cheese and cover with pastry again. This is repeated until the products are finished. Use sharp knife to cut the patty into square pieces and pour the pre-heated oil (100 ml.). The eggs (4 pcs) are beaten and then mixed with carbonated water (250 ml). The resulting mixture is also poured over the pre-cut pastry and shaken to allow even distribution of the mixture. The patty is baked until golden in a moderate oven.


Villager’s Patty

Villager’s Patty

  • 1 pack of fine roll pastry (500 g)
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g white cheese
  • 1 pack of yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 150 ml sunflower oil
  • For the topping:
  • 250 ml of carbonated water Mihalkovo
  • 2 eggs

To prepare the stuffing mix the yogurt, 3 eggs, white cheese, flour and sunflower oil in a bowl. The pastry is coated by two, with small amount of the mixture and rolled. The roll is placed in a buttered baking pan. Beat 2 eggs with carbonated water and pour the mixture over the patty. Leave for 5 minutes to soak and cook in oven until browned.

Lenten Cake

Lenten Cake

  • 2 tea cups of flour
  • 1/2 L carbonated water Mihalkovo
  • 3 tbsp farina
  • 6 tbsp cocoa
  • 4 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 pack baking powder
  • 1 tea cup of sugar
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 pack vanilla

Flour (2 tea cups) is sifted together with the baking powder in large bowl. Form a well and fill it gradually with carbonated water (1/2 L) while stirring with a spoon. Add farina (3 tbsp), cacao dissolved in some warm water (6 tbsp) and the sugar (1 tea cup). All is blended with a blender at high speed in order to avoid grains. Add sunflower oil (1/2 tbsp) and blend with the blender again. Bananas (2 pcs) are peeled and blended. It is best to do that with a blender in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture. It is mixed with the dough already made. Add the vanilla and mix everything. Pour the mixture in oiled and sprinkled with flour form. Bake until ready in a preheated oven. Serve cut into portions and decorated with vegetable cream and caramel topping.


Sunday Cake

Sunday Cake

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tea cup of brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 pack vanilla
  • 250 ml carbonated water Mihalkovo
  • 2 tea cups of flour
  • 100 g almonds

The eggs (6 pcs) are beaten with the sugar (1 tea cup) and vanilla (1 pack) into foam. Add carbonated water (250 ml) and continue to beat. Pour the sunflower oil (6 tbsp) and beat again. Pour the flour (2 tea cups) and stir with a spoon until a homogeneous mixture. Finally add the sliced almonds (100 g) and the cake batter is stirred with a spoon again. Pour into the baking pan with nonstick coating and bake until ready.


Sweet Fast Cake

Sweet Fast Cake

  • 100 ml carbonated water Mihalkovo
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 200 g berry jam
  • 4 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1/2 tea cup of sugar
  • 3 tea cups of flour
  • For the topping:
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tea cup of white wine
  • 1/2 tea cup of cream

Carbonated water (100 ml), baking powder (10 g), jam (200 g), sunflower oil (4 tbsp) and sugar (1/2 tea cup) are blended into a homogeneous mixture. Add flour (3 tea cups) and stir with a spoon until smooth cake batter. Pour the batter into baking shape with non-stick coating and bake until ready. Once cool, remove cake from the form and coat with the topping. Serve cut into pieces, garnished with fresh fruit. Prepare the topping by boiling the wine (1/2 tea cup) together with sugar (4 tbsp). Once the sugar is melted, add liquid vegetable cream (1/2 tea cup) and boil the sauce for 1-2 minutes. Then add the blended banana and finely grated apple. Boil the topping until thickened.

Pancakes with carbonated water

  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • carbonated water Mihalkovo – 250 ml
  • sugar – 1 coffee pack
  • baking sodaсода – 1 tsp
  • flour

Beat the eggs. Add carbonated water. Then pour the flour with soda and sugar added. Mix until smooth.
